If the Hirer wishes to cancel a booking then notice must be given to the Owner in writing. Getting in touch will help both the Hirer and the Owner determine the best way to proceed.
Bookings Cancelled 7 Days or more in advance of the hire period will receive a 100% refund minus any credit card transaction fees. Alternatively we can hold this balance for 90 days as a credit toward a future booking
Bookings Cancelled 2-6 Days (48-167 hours) out from the start of the hire period will receive a 75% refund.
Bookings Cancelled within 48hours of the start of the hire period will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings Cancelled within 24hours of the start of the hire period will forfeit all payments received and receive no refund. Sorry.
